Adult Learn to Run – Wednesdays


This class is for adults who would like to introduce running as part of their spring fitness plan. The class will focus on running technique and a gradual progression of running distance/ability to improve cardiovascular endurance. Exercises for core fitness, upper and lower body strength will also be included to improve running form. Instructor: Laurie Meloche
