Pickleball is a lot of fun. Designed for seniors but anyone can enjoy the game. It is played with paddles, a badminton net, a wiffle ball, and the game resembles tennis.  Coordinator is Carol Martens

4 classes, held once a month.  Each class will focus on a different theme:

Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

Home Alone Program – May

 

The Home Alone Program is a 2 week course designed to provide children 10 years of age and older with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them safe and constructively occupied.  Program is the Saskatchewan Safety Council Home Alone Program.  Classes sizes are limited and make up sessions are difficult to accommodate.  Instructor is Maureen Hayes.

Youth Yoga – Tuesday

 

Offered for a younger student, this class will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness.  Instructor is Taylor Knaus.
